COUPLES & INDIVIDUALS THERAPIST

'Trauma is not what happens to you;
it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.'

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and simply being here is an important step. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as a couple, therapy offers a confidential, safe, and supportive space to explore the challenges you may be facing.

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist based in Sussex, working with clients both locally and across the UK. I provide couples and individual psychotherapy counselling, tailoring each session to your unique circumstances, experiences, and goals. Together, we can explore what's bringing you to therapy, helping you develop greater understanding, strengthen relationships, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and couples through trans-formative therapy, helping them navigate a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relationship challenges.

These include relationship difficulties such as infidelity, misunderstandings, communication problems, recurring arguments, feelings of resentment, anger and anxiety, mistrust, loss of connection, lack of intimacy, sexual dissatisfaction, feeling emotionally or physically unsafe, tensions arising from differing opinions, priorities or ways of being, and difficulties within wider family relationships.

I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, bereavement, loss, and other life challenges, providing a compassionate and supportive space to explore emotions, build resilience, and move towards positive and lasting change.

I believe every person and every relationship is unique. My aim is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together towards your personal wellbeing and emotional growth.
